This tool provides a quick way for companies to estimate potential savings from employee wellness programmes. It estimates current healthcare costs and costs from productivity losses due to prevalent health conditions.Then the tool calculates savings by asking you to select behaviours you would like to target in a simulated wellness programme.

Behaviour Change Tool

A new tool from Stanford University will help you design solutions for behaviour change. Created by psychologist BJ Fogg, Ph.D., and his Stanford team, this innovative method clarifies the 15 types of human behaviour. This new tool also guides you in creating (or evaluating) programmes to improve health behaviour.
